Joey L Eddins


Joey has been an EMT in Pennsylvania for nearly 20 years.  She is also an EMT evaluator and instructor in Pa.  She is a vocal advocate for better distracted driving laws, awareness education and prevention.  You can reach out to her for distracted driving speaking events by using our contact form.  

Cheyenne Eddins

Vice President

Cheyenne is a firefighter in Pennsylvania and plans on getting her emergency medical technician certificate.  She also attends Millersville College working on a degree in social work and has a strong interest in politics.  Like her Mom, Joey, she is committed to ending distracted driving.  

David Risser

Financial Officer/ Treasurer

David is an EMT in Lancaster, Pa.  Previous, he was a home care aide working with the elderly and disabled.  David is strong in his Christian faith, true to his word and committed to doing his part to end the dangers of distracted driving.  Contact:

Joshua Worth, Sr.

Public Safety Outreach

Josh started his EMS career over 10 years ago as a Firefighter and EMT.  Now a Paramedic, Josh is also a certified Rescue Technician and Nationally Certified Firefighter II.  He was formally Director of Education for Susquehanna Valley EMS, and advocates for EMS advancement in education having been involved in multiple state pilot projects.  Josh is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in EMS Administration.  

Meagan Worth

Public Relations

Meagan was a Communications major attending Point Park University.  Her toughest and most rewarding job, however,  is being a full-time Mom to Joshua Jr, and Daphne, ages 4 and 3.  Currently she is working on an associates degree as a Paralegal.   Meagan is tenacious when working on our many  advocacy and awareness campaigns to help end distracted driving through venues with the public, news media and our social media platforms.

Lorraine Brown


Lorraine has a long history of volunteering for non profits and community events.  She is a proud member of the Whilshire Hills Lions where her husband, Bill, is the district governor.  She is compassionate and genuinely cares about her community.  She is strongly committed to doing her part to end distracted driving.
